RJ began his career in 2011 with the U.S. Army as a heavy construction repairer, he was a member of the Carpenters Union for eight years and has been a certified welder and fabricator for nine years. He takes pride in knowing he can help his customers with all of their household projects no matter how big or small.

With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Rich spent the last eight years as a Superintendent for Amelie Construction before hanging up his hat to join his son RJ in their next big endeavor at Greenline Construction. Rich brings with him a wealth of knowledge and leadership skills which make this father-son duo an excellent team.
